• Shared with a third party: No. The cookie is sent only to this site.

Google reCAPTCHA

• Provider: Google.
• Purpose: Checks that a contact-form or chat message was sent by a person, after you start using that form.
• When it loads: Not on a normal page view. The script loads after you move into the contact form or open the chat.
• Category: Security for a message you chose to send. It is not analytics or marketing, and rejecting those categories does not disable it.
• Cookies and storage: Google can store cookies and other identifiers when the widget runs. This audit did not complete a widget session, so the exact names and lifetimes were not measured here and are not listed as verified numbers.
• Sharing: The check is sent to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms.

Turning off an optional category stops further use of tools in that category and deletes first-party cookies this site knows it set for that category. No optional analytics or marketing cookies were identified, so there is nothing in those lists to delete. A reCAPTCHA cookie set on Google’s own domain cannot be removed by this website. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes the consent record and any first-party reCAPTCHA cookie the browser stored for envisasoft.com. That does not delete information Google already received.

Fonts

The typefaces are bundled with the site. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or another font host, and they do not set a cookie.

On-site chat and contact form

The chat box and the contact form are part of this website. They post to our server when you send a message. They do not set their own tracking cookie. The server may record technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the requested URL, for security and operations. How long the host keeps those logs was not verified for this page.

Pages that leave this site

Calendly, LinkedIn, and Facebook appear only as links. Opening one loads that company’s site under its own policy. They are not embedded here, and their scripts do not run on https://envisasoft.com before you follow the link.

What we did not find

The audit did not find Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, a Meta pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or other advertising or session-recording tools in the site source or in the HTML served for the homepage, contact, work, and privacy pages. YouTube, Vimeo, and map embeds were not found. No other use of local storage or session storage was found.
